You may cancel an order at any time before the product has been shipped. No cancellation is possible after dispatch.
Refund Policy for Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or is damaged during shipping, you are entitled to a full refund. All shipments are insured against loss and damage to protect our customers.
Return Conditions for Faulty or Damaged Products
- You have 14 days to return a faulty or damaged item.
- Used products are thoroughly tested before shipping, with photos and videos showing the product in working condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
Refund Policy for Change of Mind (Right of Withdrawal)
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it if you change your mind, following Italian and EU regulations.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees apply, but shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy for New & Sealed Products
We do not accept returns for new and sealed products, including collector’s items, as removing the seal reduces their value.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must have been purchased within 14 days.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that cannot be separated from other products
- Products different from those originally shipped
- New and sealed products
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returning Products
After contacting us, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Drop off your package at a Poste pickup point or local post office.
- In some cases, a courier pickup may be available.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is damaged or faulty, return shipping is free.
- If returning due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
All shipments, including returns, are insured.
